James "Willie" Watson, originally from Dayton, Ohio...	where the food is as good as the dancing and the music and the fun and the catering and the atmosphere and...
...is the head chef and kitchen manager for the Groove Street Grille & Discotheque where, he has specialized in his favorite, good old American cuisine, since 1993. He started in the restaurant industry while he was in college, working for a family business and doing everything from bussing tables to running the cash register. James admits it was great experience. He soon found himself involved in the family's catering business, and from there it was up, up up!  When you dine at Groove Street, chances are you'll see James - he gets around!
